Dinner first, club later
CDLC is the first of the four seafront clubs if you walk from the Barceloneta: number 32, then Opium at 34 and Shôko at 36. It works differently from its neighbours. It's a restaurant first, with the kitchen open from noon to 01:00, and the club grows out of dinner rather than starting at a fixed door time. The website presents it as one of the world's best restaurant-clubs and highlights its long link with Dom Pérignon, which it dates to 2008; both are the venue's own words. Tables are booked through its website, and that booking is what most people do here: dinner with a group, then stay on as the music goes up.

Hours: which nights are real club nights
The Instagram bio gives the full timetable: Sunday to Wednesday from 12:00 to 02:00, Thursday until 05:00, Friday and Saturday until 06:00. Read that as two venues in one. Early in the week CDLC is a late restaurant and cocktail lounge that closes at 02:00. From Thursday it stays open into club hours, and Friday and Saturday are the proper nights out, ending at the 06:00 limit that Catalan rules set for clubs on weekends. For Halloween 2026 the venue announced a themed dinner with DJs on Saturday 31 October.
Music and crowd
Directories describe the music as deep house, tech house and R&B: more lounge-to-dancefloor than the hits of Opium or the hip-hop of Shôko. Because it's a restaurant first, it suits groups celebrating something and people who booked a table for dinner. If you want a big dance floor from midnight, Opium or Ku will suit you better; if you want to eat well and end up dancing without changing venue, this is the one.
Age and dress code
CDLC doesn't publish a minimum age or a written dress code. Catalan law keeps under-16s out of clubs, and in club hours most venues on this strip work as 18+, so bring photo ID. For dress, think of it as a smart restaurant that turns into a club: a shirt or a nice top, long trousers or a dress and decent shoes. Beachwear and sportswear are out of place here in any case.

Dinner-and-party is CDLC's natural format for New Year's Eve, but as of 21 October 2026 its 2026 programme wasn't published yet; we'll add it when it is. The nearest metro is Ciutadella | Vila Olímpica on line 4. If you leave after 02:00 on a weekday or after midnight on a Sunday, use the NitBus, every 20 minutes until 06:00.
