Enjoy Strass

Strass is a small drag show bar at Carrer de Villarroel 68, on the corner of Diputació, in Barcelona's Gaixample. Its Instagram bio sums it up as a place for "magical nights with drag queen shows", and it posts new show clips almost every day. VIP Tables at Strass
Strass is a bar, not a big club, so space is limited on show nights. For a birthday or a group, message us on WhatsApp with the date and how many you are and we'll tell you what's possible.
How to Get to Strass
Strass is at Villarroel 68, corner of Diputació, in the Eixample. The night buses (NitBus) almost all pass through Plaça de Catalunya, and the metro runs all night on Saturdays.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
Strass doesn't publish a dress code or minimum age. It's a relaxed bar with a show; come as you like. Bring ID.
A small bar where the show comes first
Strass isn't a big club: it's a bar in the Gaixample where the drag show is the reason to go. Its Instagram bio describes it as a place in Barcelona where you can enjoy magical nights with drag queen shows, and in October 2026 it was posting a new clip from the stage almost every day. Time Out places it on Villarroel at the corner of Diputació and says there is a drag show every night from 23:30, with performers from the established scene alongside new talent. The atmosphere is close and lively, and the room is small, so the best seats go early. If you want a long dance floor after the show, Believe on Balmes and Arena Experience on Ronda de Sant Pere are both within walking distance.
Sundays, birthdays and groups
Time Out also describes a Sunday bingo, the "Bingo del Domingo", held just before the show with prizes of up to €300; that listing dates from February 2023, so check with us that it still runs before you plan around it. Strass doesn't sell tickets through a box office we can point you to, and it doesn't publish a dress code or a minimum age. For a birthday, a hen party or any group that wants to see the show together, message us on WhatsApp with the date and how many you are. We'll tell you whether there's room and the easiest way to organise it. Remember that it's a bar with a limited capacity, so for large groups a club with a drag show, such as Believe, may work better.
Getting there and getting back
Strass is at Carrer de Villarroel 68, on the corner of Diputació, in the Eixample, the heart of the area known as the Gaixample. Almost every NitBus line passes through Plaça de Catalunya, in the city centre; the night buses run from 22:30 to 06:00 every 20 minutes. On Saturdays the metro runs all night; on Fridays and eves of holidays it closes at 02:00, and from Sunday to Thursday at midnight. A show from 23:30 fits well with the last metro on a weekday if you leave right after, or with a late drink in one of the many bars on the surrounding streets before you head home or move on to a club. For a group, tell us on WhatsApp first and we'll check there's room.
