Sala Upload is a gig venue and club inside the Poble Espanyol on Montjuïc, at Av. de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia 13, Barcelona, Spain, and calls itself the music refuge of underground Barcelona. Its agenda splits into gigs (punk, rock, garage, shoegaze, reggae, world music) and club nights such as La Bellaquera, the reggaeton party Time Out recommends. It shares the building with INPUT, but it's a different venue with its own programme. Club nights are 18+.

VIP Tables at Sala Upload
Upload sells every gig and club night on its own website, and box-office tickets go on sale the same day from door time. Tell us on WhatsApp which date you want and how many you are, and we'll tell you what's on.
How to Get to Sala Upload
Upload is in the Poble Espanyol, Av. de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia 13, 08038 Barcelona. Take the metro to Espanya (L1 and L3) or buses 13 and 23 to the Poble Espanyol stop. Wheelchair users should tell the box office at the Poble Espanyol entrance so the venue can set up a ramp.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
Upload doesn't publish a dress code. Club nights are 18+. At gigs, 16- and 17-year-olds get in with valid ID and are checked so they don't drink alcohol, and under-16s need a signed authorisation and an adult with them.
The underground's living room in the Poble Espanyol
Upload's Instagram bio calls it the music refuge of underground Barcelona, and Time Out (October 2026) talks about black-and-white tiles, a Twin Peaks curtain on the dance floor and a home for many communities and subcultures outside the commercial circuit. The music runs from punk and electronic to garage, rock and reggaeton. The room has history with new artists: on 9 March 2019 Guitarricadelafuente played one of his first concerts here, as Upload recalled in October 2026. The venue describes itself as an inclusive space free of discrimination and harassment, and it follows Barcelona's night-time protocol against sexual assault. In the week of 12 October 2026 it opened six days in a row. Time Out also recommends its reggaeton sessions, La Bellaquera.
Gigs and club nights, October and November 2026
The agenda is split into concerts and clubs. Gigs in late October 2026 included the shoegaze festival loveless (24 October), MAQUINA. with Kelley Stoltz (29 October) and, in November, Lido Pimienta (2 November), The Vintage Caravan (8 November) and Sondre Lerche (16 November). Club nights and festivals included Yelo Club (23 October), Bichiween x FEIN (29 October), Fervo Fluxo (30 October), Nocturna Festival on Halloween, Saturday 31 October, from 20:00 (tickets from €39.30 in a listing seen in October), Ninot@Club (5 November), SUDOR (6 November), La Bellaquera (7 November) and Simulacro Colectivo x Mandrágora (13 November). There's no fixed weekly club night, so check the date before you go. The agenda opened on 22 October with the 10th anniversary of Antifaz Records, and on 7 November Poor Tràmit, Extraño Weys and DJ Enzo shared a night.
Tickets, age rules and practical details
Upload sells everything on its own website, and box-office tickets for a show go on sale the same day from door time. The age rules are clear: club nights are 18+. At gigs, 16 and 17-year-olds can get in with valid ID and are checked so they don't drink alcohol, and under-16s need a copy of their ID, a signed authorisation and an adult with them. The cloakroom costs €2. Wheelchair users should tell the box office at the Poble Espanyol entrance so staff can set up a ramp. The nearest metro is Espanya (L1 and L3). For a group or to know what's on a given night, message us on WhatsApp. INPUT, in the same complex, is a separate techno club with its own page.
