Twenty-six floors above the beach
Its Instagram bio sums NOXE up in four words: 'Restaurant · Cocktail Bar · Club · 26th floor'. It sits at the top of the W hotel, at the far end of the Barceloneta beach, so the view over the sea and the city is the main draw. That also sets the tone: it feels more like a high-end hotel bar that turns into a party than a club where you queue on the pavement. It's a different plan from the seafront clubs of the Port OlĂmpic, which are at street level by the sand: here you go up in a lift, and the crowd is a mix of hotel guests, visitors and locals celebrating something.
What a club night looks like
NOXE doesn't publish a weekly club timetable that we could read, and the hotel's website wasn't accessible when we checked. The club nights we have seen announced are electronic and house parties that start early: in June 2026 the listings showed 'Moods' every Tuesday from 22:00 to 02:00, and on 24 June a night called 'Housy' from 22:00 with a free guest list and a secret guest DJ. That gives a good idea of the format: drinks and the view first, then the music builds. For the nights on each week, the venue page or a WhatsApp message to us is the quickest way to check.
Age and dress code: stricter than most
The rules published for NOXE's parties are among the strictest in Barcelona. The June 2026 listing said no entry under 21, with ID checks at the door. Dress is 'Smart & Chic': no trainers, no beach flip-flops and no sandals that leave the whole foot uncovered, and men can't wear shorts or tank tops. Bags, suitcases and helmets aren't allowed either, and there is no cloakroom for them, so don't come straight from the airport or on a motorbike with your helmet. Catalan law itself only sets the limit at 16; the 21+ is the venue's own admission policy.

The metro runs all night only on Saturdays.
