Plaça Reial: Jamboree
Jamboree, at Plaça Reial 17, calls itself Barcelona's most legendary music club and says it opens 365 days a year. The night starts with live jazz and then becomes a club with two rooms: urban, R&B and trap in one, pop and hits in the other, according to Time Out. In October 2026 entry was listed from €12, and it is 18+. The square has lost two neighbours: Karma, which opened in 1978, announced its closure on 12 March 2026, and Sidecar had closed before that. On the same square, Ocaña is a restaurant and cocktail bar with a DJ every day, a good place to start the night.

Gothic Quarter: Marula Café and Macarena
Marula Café, at Carrer dels Escudellers 49, is a live music venue and dance club that plays funk, soul, afrobeat, R&B, Latin and world music and says it opens every day. On Thursdays it holds a jam session from 22:30 with free entry for the first half hour, its website says entry is free until full on some nights, and it celebrated its 17th birthday on 24 October 2026. Macarena Club, at Carrer Nou de Sant Francesc 5, is the opposite: a tiny electronic club of about 80 people with the DJ booth in the middle of the room and a Funktion-One sound system, according to RA, open every night.

Raval: Moog, Les Enfants Brillants and La Paloma
Moog, at Carrer de l'Arc del Teatre 3, just off La Rambla, has been doing techno since 1996 and opens 365 nights a year: the downstairs room plays techno and house and upstairs is more pop, according to RA. Les Enfants Brillants, at Carrer de la Guàrdia 3–5, calls itself a high-fidelity dance club, holds about 400 people with an L-Acoustics system and was nominated for The World's 100 Best Clubs 2026. La Paloma, at Carrer del Tigre 27, is the dance hall from 1903 that reopened in September 2024 after closing in 2007, with room for about 1,000 people and a mix of concerts, DJs, jazz and salsa.

La Rambla and Plaça de Catalunya: Colors and City Hall
Colors Club, at La Rambla 33, presents itself as an international club and opens Tuesday to Saturday; in the week of 21 October 2026 each night had its own party, Wednesdays from 23:45 to 05:45, and entry was listed at €7 to €20 depending on the night. Its music is reggaeton, commercial and electronic. At the top of La Rambla, City Hall, at Rambla de Catalunya 2–4, sits in a theatre that keeps its original architecture, has a main room and a second room, plays techno, house, hard techno and hits, and says it opens 365 days a year; on Mondays it runs a reggaeton and hits night.

Urquinaona and the Born
A few minutes east, Arena Experience, at Ronda de Sant Pere 21 by Urquinaona, is an LGBTQ+ club open every night from 00:30 until 05:00 or 06:00. In the Born, Magic Rock Club on Passeig de Picasso has been a rock venue and club since 1972. And Club Capitol on La Rambla, closed since 2020, is due to come back as a municipal theatre in autumn 2027, not as a club.

Getting home from the centre
The centre is the best-connected place to finish a night. The Metro runs until midnight from Sunday to Thursday, until 02:00 on Fridays and nights before holidays, and all night on Saturdays (TMB). NitBus night buses run every 20 minutes from 22:30 to 06:00, and every line except N0 and N19 passes through Plaça de Catalunya (AMB). Our night transport guide has the details, and the guide to Barcelona's nightlife areas puts the centre next to the seafront, the Zona Alta and Poblenou.
